What we collect

Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address (if provided), budget, preferred configuration, location preference and buying timeline.
Details from advertising forms: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered with us.
Technical details: pages visited, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you to our website, collected through cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

How we use it

To call you, or message you by SMS or WhatsApp, about the properties you enquired about and similar projects that match your needs.
To send brochures, price sheets, floor plans and site visit details.
To arrange site visits, home loan assistance and booking support.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We contact you only after you give consent, for example by ticking the consent box on our forms.

Who we share it with

The developer of the project you enquired about, so they can process your Expression of Interest or booking.
Banks and housing finance companies, only if you ask for home loan help.
Service providers who work for us, such as our CRM (Privyr), messaging and website hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations.
Government authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to help with your property search and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
Ask us to correct or update your information.
Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you. Reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or email us.
Ask us to delete your information.
